若为 Windows 平台，请检查系统中是否已安装 Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable 运行库。

若已安装运行库也无法正常启动，请尝试关闭客户端后双击运行客户端安装目录下的 resources/app.asar.unpacked/resources/server/pc-client/pc-client.exe 程序，查看是否出现错误提示。

最新的 Microsoft Visual C++ 可再发行程序包版本：
