请检查是否选择了正确的网卡，以及系统防火墙设置（应为关闭或配置允许规则），并确认设备之间是否那能相互 PING 通。

若不能直接关闭防火墙，请在防火墙高级设置的“入站规则”中给配置助手程序（cr-product-configuration-v3.exe）及其目录下的 resources\static\java\java-windows\bin\java.exe 和 resources\static\tftpd_windows_x86.exe 添加规则，设置为允许连接。
